The machine operates on the principle of positive displacement filling, eliminating the need for vacuuming the containers. The volume dispensed is governed by the length of the piston stroke. This stroke can be accurately regulated by means of a volume adjustment screw rod with a pin, which assures a precise fill, independent of the variations in the container sizes. The machine is driven by a 2.0 HP 3-Phase 900 RPM electrical motor through a suitably sized reduction gearbox.
